Lizzy and Travis are awesome! They saved seats along the Draper Parade route for us. Travis got something small stuck to him that wouldn't let him go...that something was Laynie.
Liz had a similar problem with Gavin!
Travis didn't get to sit down. Laynie decided to be the "big girl" in his chair.
Gav loved picking up the candy. I took him a few minutes to figure out the concept that people were throwing candy at him and that it was actually okay to pick it up. That whole "don't take candy from strangers" thing doesn't apply to parades.
Here they are with their mouths full. "MMMM!" said Laynie, "This stuff is good!"

Draper days parade I think is now becoming a tradition for us since it seems like you are here doing that time. At least it is a fun one to go to and yes there is lots of candy. By the way Travis is a sucker for little girls maybe its because they take to him so well. He just loves that little Laynie and Gav of course.
Glad you and kiddles are having so much fun in Utah. We miss you !
So sad I missed seeing you that day! I was going to try to find you, but I was only there for approximately 2 minutes before having to rush Macy to Urgent care- mishap with a folding chair. This trip has gone by so fast, but we haven't really done anything! Park City this week. when do you go back? I have to see you before you go!
