The Easter Haul

The Easter Bunny was extremely generous this year.
Gavin got a HUGE box of Legos and kits to build a helicopter and firetruck.

The Easter bunny hid a TON of eggs full of delicious snacks all over the basement. Laynie was not at ALL interested because...

She got trike.
It's WAY too big. But she could care less. She loves to sit on it and push all the irritating buttons. The princesses on top dance in a circle around the castle to horrible music. Horrible, irritating, twangy music.
Here is the firehouse with the Dalmatian (I built those because I am a Lego hog). Gavin and Jamie built this helicopter.
I have since built a truck and smaller helicopter. I love Legos and don't want to share.

Wow, the Easter Bunny brings much nicer, bigger and better Easter toys than in the older days. It almost looked like Christmas. Yes, Legos are great fun and good for "motor skills" for the young and a little older. I think mom and dad has had as much fun as Gav. Now the bike, it is quite a vehicle. It will be great fun when Laynie gets a little taller, or when dad can find some peddle extentions. However, she probably gets going at a great speed moving it around by the "big toe" process. She will enjoy it for a long time, or until dad brings a car home when she is 16? Looked like Gav was having fun finding the hidden Easter eggs. Bet you all had a fun day. Thanks for sharing that special day with the pictures etc. Love you lots:
