Hooray! I love baseball season! I have so many good memories of summers at the diamond, and it's so fun to watch my little boy play! Today was his first practice, and here's what he did:

Having Coach Bobby's help with the mitt.
Getting a batting lesson from Coach Bill.
Rosy got to come to practice too. Jamie did a little training and let her off leash for a while. She ran around like a maniac.
And then came home and fell asleep in a puddle of sunshine...with a little buddy nearby. Laynie can't leave Rosy alone!

I sure like your blog. You have a beautiful family. I have a flood of memories also when baseball starts. I can honestly say I spent most of my spring and summer in a basball uniform when I was growing up. Man was I horrible at baseball. I still had fun. Tell Gavin to hit a home run for the Doman family. :)
Did Gav like it? Brings back a lot of memories of the Babe Ruth Fields in good old WJ.
James had his first practice today too. Glad to see Rosie out and about :)
That brings back so many fond memories for me too. Loved all the sports my kids participated in.
You have MANY years ahead of you to enjoy making those memories for yourself.
