So I decided NOT to chop Laynie's hair off, just get a trim. I held two fingers up to the lady at Great Clips and said, "Just two inches." She nodded and smiled. And then....
Chopped off a lot more than two inches...I'm guessing more like five.
It's a good thing that it's just hair and that
Laynie is so cute.
And has so much personality...
And hates to pose for pictures...
But someone in my house loves to have her picture taken.
And she's pretty cute too.

It looks so pretty and healthy! I love it. It will make it cooler in the summer and easier for everyone- yeah!!!
So cute--really!!! ...and you can blame it on the great clips lady!!!
I agree with your mom. I think it makes her hair look really thick. She's got such nice shiney hair, and it will grow fast,I'm sure, if you don't like it I think it's darling.
The new doo is really cute! Rosie is also pretty cute!
Becky,
First, let me apologize on behalf of Great Clips. I understand how frustrating it can be when you expect one haircut and walk out with something completely different - nonetheless, having this happen to your daughter. So again, I apolgize for that.
Thankfully, as mentioned by the other comments (and I'm sure you already know), you do have an adorable daughter. I know that doesn't make up for our mistake, though.
Thanks again for sharing these photos!

so you did it.....cut her hair. It looks darling. Emma has threatened to cut Gracies into a bob cause she won't leave in ANYTHING her mom does to her hair.
that dog is so dang cute
Laynie's hair is darling all the time. The cut is really cute. Yes, she truly loves having her picture taken. As for the little fur ball, she is darling too.
Laynie is just too cute. Her hair-cut is daring. Yes, she does love her picture taken. And for the little furry family member, she looks cute too.
