Don't tell Jamie, but Gavin has a flair for the culinary arts...or maybe he just likes to lick the beaters. Today he helped me make cookies for a family in our ward. Cooking with him is such an adventure! 
I love that he has started wearing one of my old t-shirts for all his "messy" activities. I've got to get that washed...

I LOVE that the t-shirt he is wearing is the t-shirt that I gave you from my first head coaching job :) I hope that he wears it proudly! (and just in case it gets too dirty, I have extras :)
Um, wait I am in your ward, and I really like your cookies, and your cakes- like the coconut one, your banana bread with cashews is fantastic, your yogurt dip is divine, oh that minestrone is my favorite soup, and your meatball recipe has been passed around my whole family...I think I need to go to bed before I binge.
ooh to cook with children the question always is to let them help or not? if they help they learn, but then you do and will have the mess!!
i have to say that i always let olivia help!! she now cracks her own eggs!
