Conversation with Laynie

Hey Moms of Young Children! Do you feel like you've lost all your conversation skills? That's probably because your days are full of this kind of talk....

We were 30 minutes into this "discussion" when I realized I should film it. I'm not just a mom, I'm a foreign language translator! I'm sure most of you can relate.

Maybe now my husband will understand why I beg him to tell me about his day...

This little video absolutely made my day. Laynie is much much to smart and just too cute for her own good. I think you, Becky, have received your Master's Degree as a mother and your precious little students are so blessed to have a mother that takes every opportunity to teach, to listen, and most of all to love and give them so many opportunities to build up their self-confidence and be willing to give so much time to allow them to share their little thoughts and conversations. Gavin is so precious and too smart for his own good also.
Thanks for sharing the children, the many things they are learning, and for passing on the information on this wonderful blog
I love you all so much. I know that daddy, Jamie also contributes much to these very smart, beautiful children.
Kisses to you all, especially Laynie today for her special conversation.
Love, G.G. Edie

You beg Jamie for adult conversation and I beg Travis to talk to me because I've probably been home all by myself so I've had no one to talk to. That's why I always call you! Love you!

I don't know what it means, but I understood every word she said? Perhaps that is because I am use to interpreting a foreign language. Hugs to all.

oh yeah, so funny.
that may be why I talk to myself so much now, I undersand ME, I am a good listener of myself and don't need any translation.
amazing how moms KNOW what their kiddies are saying

I LOVE that outfit!! It's one of my faves on Brynnie.

PS: we refer to it as the "subtitle" stage...when they are old enough to talk, but no one understands w/o the Mom subtitles.

Just so cute - I can't believe how big she's getting. It's amazing that she'll be 2 next month - time just goes by way too fast.
Miss you guys!
