Even though baby was being very uncooperative - laying facedown with head toward my back - we were able to get a pretty clear butt shot. Yep! It's a girl. Laynie is thrilled and Gavin is crushed. Jamie is...nervous. I'm just glad that baby seems healthy. Because we couldn't get a clean shot of her face, I have to go back again in a few weeks. YAY, So happy for another Wallace girl.
What is the song, "Thank Goodness for Little Girls". Well, we will be thrilled for a little girl, but would have been just as thrilled with a little boy. We know this little girl is being sent to you all for a special reason. Gav will be such a neat brother...a little out numbered, but she just may be his little tag-a-long, loving her big brother so much. Laynie can teach her how she can wrap her fingers around her daddy's heart too. AND mom, she may love to dust the woodwork or such. This great grandma is very excited.
